I was a little worried the shade might look slightly off in person, but it matched really well. No weird color difference at all, even when I checked it in different lighting

I ordered a coffee table from Structube and overall I do like it. The wood finish looks really nice, and once it was put together it felt sturdy and solid. That said, one of the corners did arrive with a small mark on it. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s still a little disappointing when you’re buying something new. For the price, I think the quality is good, just not perfect. I’d probably shop there again if I found another piece I liked, but I’m hoping Structube offers some kind of small compensation or adjustment for the damage.

I got a sofa from Structube and, i’m kind of surprised by how comfy it is. The cushions are soft, but they don’t totally swallow you, which I really like for watching TV for a few hours. Delivery wasn’t exactly perfect, but it was fine overall. For the price, I’d say I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again

I did have to wait a bit, but I expected that since returns usually take some time. Once it was my turn, everything went smoothly and I got it handled without any real issues.

I don’t remember all the details of what went wrong, but I do remember they got back to me really quickly and had the issue fixed before it turned into a whole thing. Super easy experience.

I got the table and chairs and, in my opinion, the quality is solid for the price. It doesn’t feel cheap, i’d say it’s worth it if you’re looking for something decent without spending too much.

I had to return something to Structube and ask for a refund. the process itself was simple and made sense, but the email back-and-forth took a little longer than I would’ve liked. Customer service did get back to me and explained what was happening, so I wasn’t left guessing. I got my refund after a few days. Not a flawless experience, but in the end it was handled fairly and worked out fine.

Got updates super quick and always knew when my couch was gonna arrive, which was so nice lol.

I ordered this after measuring the space in my living room twice, because it was going in the same corner where my sister helped me set up a little reading spot. The measurements listed online seemed like they would work, but once it arrived, it just didn’t fit the way it was supposed to.

I really did like the look of it, which made it even more annoying, but furniture is such a hassle to move around and return. After this, I don’t think I’d order again unless I could see it in person first or at least confirm the sizing somewhere else.

I ordered a coffee table from Structube and, i was fully prepared to be annoyed because furniture assembly is usually such a pain. But somehow this was actually way easier than I expected. The holes lined up properly, the screws were packed clearly, and I had the whole thing done in about 25 minutes. The only thing is the instructions could seriously be bigger because squinting at tiny diagrams is not fun, but besides that, no real complaints.

I got this a little while ago—maybe last week, or the week before, I can’t remember, but once I started using it, it just didn’t feel very well made. The material feels kind of flimsy and cheaper than I expected, so I’m not really impressed.

I like that Structube lets you see what’s in stock before heading to the store. Most of the items I checked were actually available, just like it showed online. One chair said low stock and was gone by the time I got there, but overall it was easy to use and saved me a decent amount of time...

I was happy with this. The delivery fee ended up being lower than I expected, which almost never happens. I remember noticing it while I was sitting there eating cereal out of a mug for some reason, so that detail stuck with me. Nice little surprise overall.

I really like structube for the overall look of their furniture. The designs are clean and modern without being too out there, and they fit my apartment really well. I can’t say I don’t like the style, because that’s what keeps me coming back. A few pieces do feel a little lighter than I expected, but for the price and the look, I’m still happy. I’d give it 5 stars if the finish felt a bit more solid.

The staff were friendly, but I did end up waiting around 15 minutes before someone brought the box out. Not a big deal, just a little slower than I expected. The box was in good shape, everything was inside, and overall, it was a good experience. I’d use store pickup again.

Everything felt like it cost more than it should have. The whole experience was disappointing and, in my opinion, totally avoidable if you’re looking for good value.
