Structube Reviews

I haven't had any major issues with Structube to date. Yes, like many others my furniture was late due to delivery issues. It seems as though Structube does not deliver to my area of Manitoba and due to the size of the order (one table & 6 chairs) we were told we needed to pick this up at the distribution center (500 km away). Instead, I told them that I would place a separate order for each chair and one for the table. That made them laugh and step up to the plate and placed the one order for all.
Like everyone else (including family) my order was late. 6 weeks late. Due to Covid complications in Winnipeg we were unable to pick it up and it happily sat in a corner until we were able to get there. The chairs were in 2 pieces, the base (solid wood)and the body of the chair (upholstered). I put these together with ease. All of the hardware was included. The screws lined up so perfectly I though I was doing something wrong. The bases are solid but the pads on the chairs are thin. I looked at and tried them in the store but bought them anyway. My husband rocks in at easily over 250 lbs and they didn't move an inch, sag or creak. These items came in perfect condition. Only time will tell how well they stand up in the future.
